Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Namaste Artisans through our online store.


Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, such as sales, holidays, or new product releases, processing may take a little longer. We always do our best to send orders as quickly as possible.

Some items may ship from Australia, while others may ship directly from our partner workshops in Nepal, depending on stock availability and product type.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • Selected international destinations available at checkout

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at shopmadeinnepal@gmail.com and we will let you know if shipping can be arranged.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and the shipping option selected.

Any free shipping or flat-rate shipping offers will be clearly shown and may apply only to certain locations or minimum order values.


Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

  • Australia: 3–8 business days
  • New Zealand: 5–12 business days
  • International orders: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and carrier

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs processing, courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.


Tracking

If tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or handling charges set by the destination country.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility.

Namaste Artisans is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges, any refund, where applicable, will exclude original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any fees charged back to us by the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Namaste Artisans is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at shopmadeinnepal@gmail.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update it.


Lost, Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please first check your tracking information and contact the shipping carrier directly.

If you still need help, email us at shopmadeinnepal@gmail.com with your order number and we will assist where possible.

We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier.


Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in separate parcels, especially if items are sent from different locations.

You will not be charged extra shipping beyond the amount shown at checkout.


Returns

Returns are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is received.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we are required by law to cover the cost.
